Silicone resin has a special structure and high silicon-oxygen chemical bond energy, and is prepared with polyurethane through a special process. into silicone polyurethane, greatly improving its performance;

Silicone modified polyurethane has the characteristics of good weather resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, waterproofing, electrical insulation, high temperature resistance, fast low temperature curing, and no rebound after curing. The resin has low viscosity, high functionality and high hardness. It is used in polyurethane coatings with high temperature resistance requirements, such as high-temperature printing rubber rollers (hot stamping cylinders).

The rubber roller is a common equipment component used in packaging, printing, coating, lamination and other processes. Different materials have different characteristics and application ranges, so choosing the right material is crucial to improving production efficiency and product quality. Currently, high-temperature printing rubber rollers are used in the market. Silicone-modified polyurethane resin has excellent wear resistance, oil resistance and elasticity. It can withstand high-load working pressure and has long-lasting wear resistance. In high-speed packaging and coating equipment, it shows excellent weather resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, waterproofing, electrical insulation, high temperature resistance, fast low temperature curing, and no rebound after curing.

Silicone polyurethane resin has a high degree of practical performance. The solvent resistance and extreme temperature resistance of polyurethane rubber rollers make it very suitable for applications in complex process requirements. Especially in extreme temperature environments, the performance is very stable when used with various solvents. Compared with other printing roller coatings such as rubber, which are more sensitive to chemicals and grease; silicone polyurethane has better application performance. In addition, silicone polyurethane resin can also be used to formulate coatings with high temperature resistance, mainly in the fields of automobiles, construction, electronics, aerospace and other fields.
