Description

Manta F1039 has an ethoxylated non-ionic hydrophilic group, which has good water solubility and excellent surface activity. It can reduce the surface tension of the liquid, so it has excellent wettability and emulsification. It is an ideal emulsifier for a variety of silicone oils and other oily raw materials. This product has hydrophilicity, antistatic properties, softness, smoothness, breathability and foam stability.

Applications

F1039 as polyether modified polyorganosiloxane nonionic surfactant is especially suitable for gel water, facial cleanser and cream products. This product is also suitable for stabilizing foam agents and plasticizers for organic resins in aerosol products.

How to use

F1039 is easy to use due to its good surface activity and water solubility. In the gel water formula, this product is usually compounded with other film-forming polymer materials, which can be made into transparent products to provide softness and brightness. In facial cleansers and cream products, the usual dosage of this product is 1-3%. This product is also suitable for stabilizing foam agents and plasticizers for organic resins in aerosol products.

The recommended usage level is 1%-3%, the specific usage method depends on actual needs.

Keep away from heat and open flame. Prevent from the exposure of moisture, acid, alkalis and other impurities. When stored at well in the original unopened containers, this product has a usable life of 24 months from the date of production (drum packing).
