Description

Manta P706 is a white soft powder of dimethicone and vinylsiloxane cross-linked polymer elastomer powder. It can be used in skin care, sunscreen, makeup and other personal care products to achieve a long-lasting silky smooth and non-greasy skin feel.

Absorbs polar and non-polar oils and fats;

Can be used as thickener in W/O system or pure oil system;

How to use

Manta P706 does not require heating when used. First use low molecular weight silicone oil (such as dimethyl silicone oil with a viscosity of 3CS or 5CS) or rings (such as D4, D5) to disperse it, and then use a homogenizer to further disperse it evenly. When making emulsions, it can be added to the oil phase, and high shear force is required to disperse the agglomerated powder evenly. If it can be ensured that the product is evenly dispersed, it can also be added at a later stage.

The recommended usage level is 1-20%.

Safety and Storage

Keep away from heat and open flame. Prevent from the exposure of moisture, acid, alkalis and other impurities. When stored at well in the original unopened containers, this product has a usable life of 24 months from the date of production (drum packing). This product is non-hazardous product.
