Manufacturing Facility

In 2024, the company established a new production facility in Jining, Shandong Province, dedicated to manufacturing SMP Polymers — also known as MS Polymer, Silane Modified Polymer, Silyl Terminated Polyether, STP Polymer, and Hybrid Sealant Polymer — along with a range of MS waterproof coating products. The facility is equipped with advanced analytical instruments and an application development laboratory, enabling seamless scalability from small-batch R&D to full-scale continuous production, with the agility to meet diverse and customized technical requirements.

Technical Advantages

SMP polymer systems are based on silane-terminated polyether backbones that cure to form elastic crosslinked networks. Key technical characteristics include:

1. Isocyanate-free (no MDI/TDI), solvent-free, zero formaldehyde, and low VOC emissions
2. Excellent weathering resistance and UV aging stability
3. Broad-temperature-range elasticity (−40°C to +90°C)
4. Strong adhesion compatibility with diverse substrates including concrete, aluminum, coated surfaces, glass, ABS, PC, and wood
