Product Description

Manta MS7500 is a high-modulus silyl-terminated polyether (STPE) with 40,000–60,000 mPa·s viscosity and methyl-dimethoxy silane end groups, engineered as the binder for semi-structural adhesives and heavy-duty sealants. It combines high modulus, high tensile strength and high elongation, keeps stable mechanicals across a wide temperature range, and formulates 100% solvent-free and isocyanate-free.

Manta MS7500 is a Silyl-Terminated Polyether (STPE) polymer designed as the ultimate binder for semi-structural adhesives and heavy-duty sealants. Engineered with an advanced polyether backbone and precision methyl-dimethoxy silane functional groups, it offers a rare combination of high modulus, superior tensile strength, and exceptional elongation.

Whether utilizing hot or cold processing, this polymer provides an industry-leading balance of properties. It maintains stable mechanical characteristics across a wide temperature range while ensuring excellent reactivity and long-term shelf stability. Formulations based on this resin are 100% solvent-free and isocyanate-free, making them the premier choice for high-strength, eco-friendly industrial applications.

Frequently Asked Questions

What distinguishes MS7500 from other Manta MS polymers?

MS7500 is the high-modulus grade: it is built for load-bearing, semi-structural bonds where strength comes first — industrial assembly, transportation, infrastructure and heavy-duty construction — while MS3303-series grades are tuned for elastic, high-movement sealing.

Does MS7500 support both hot and cold processing?

Yes. The resin performs in both hot and cold compounding processes and maintains excellent reactivity and long-term shelf stability either way, which widens the range of production equipment it can run on.

What are typical applications for MS7500?

Industrial and semi-structural adhesives, transportation and automotive bonding, infrastructure and waterproofing sealants, high-end construction and specialty DIY products where high load-bearing capacity plus elastic recovery are required.

How is MS7500 packed and stored?

50 kg foil-lined plastic drums, 200 kg foil-lined drums and 1,000 kg IBC totes (customizable). Non-hazardous, 12-month shelf life; store sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
