Manta MS2024 is a new generation of high-performance, eco-friendly liquid waterproofing membrane based on advanced Silane-Modified Polymer (MS Polymer) technology. Formulated with nano-calcium carbonate as a reinforcing agent and compounded with specialized functional additives, this coating delivers the ultimate balance of superior durability, extreme weather resistance, and environmental safety. It cures via ambient moisture to form a seamless, highly elastic, and impermeable rubber-like barrier.

Application Guidelines

1. Coverage: Apply a minimum of two coats. Ensure application does not exceed a coverage rate of 1.5 gallons per 100 square feet (approx. 6.11 liters per 10 square meters) per coat to ensure proper curing.
2. Method (Cross-Hatch): Allow the first coat to cure sufficiently (walkable) before applying the second coat. The second coat must be applied perpendicular (cross-hatch direction) to the first coat.
3. Inspection: Ensure all target surfaces are coated evenly and completely, leaving no gaps, pinholes, or blisters.
