Two-Component Waterproofing Coating | Manta HP-2K

Manta HP-2K is a two-component reactive waterproofing coating (4:1 mixing ratio by weight, tack-free under 4 hours at 25°C) used for positive and negative-side waterproofing of roofs, basements, wet rooms and tunnels. It cures to a membrane with elongation up to 700% and tensile strength up to 3.4 MPa, and applies directly to damp concrete.

Surface Preparation & Application Guidelines

• Substrate Preparation: The substrate must be structurally sound, clean, and entirely free of dust, grease, oil, and other contaminants.
• Mechanical Cleaning: Mechanically remove any friable parts, laitance, or loose particles using a wire brush, scraper, or suitable abrasive method.
• Pot Life Consideration: Due to the system’s rapid curing kinetics, Part A and Part B must be thoroughly mixed and applied immediately within its workable pot life.
