Manta WS360 Silane/Siloxane Waterproofing Emulsion

Manta WS360 is a water-reducible, solvent-free emulsion based on organically modified silanes and siloxanes. It is engineered primarily as a high-performance mass waterproofing admixture for freshly mixed concrete, and can also be utilized for the topical impregnation of cured concrete surfaces. Equivalent to: Wacker SILRES® BS 36

Properties

• High Stability: Exhibits excellent storage shelf-life and outstanding dilution stability.
• Alkali Resistance: Highly resistant to the extreme alkaline environment of fresh cementitious matrices.
• Breathable Moisture Barrier: Significantly reduces capillary water absorption while fully maintaining the substrate’s water vapor permeability (breathability).

Manta WS360 is primarily recommended as an integral waterproofing admixture for concrete and specialized cementitious products.

• For Non-Load-Bearing Concrete (Diluted Use): WS360 can be pre-diluted with clean water at a ratio of 1:4 (WS360 : Water). The recommended dosage of this diluted solution is 1.0% to 5.0% by weight of the cement content.
• Standard Integral Addition (Neat Use): If using the concentrated product directly, the recommended dosage is 0.1% to 1.0% by weight of the cement content.
• Mixing Guidelines: Add WS360 directly to the gauging water or introduce it during the active mixing process. Do not pre-mix WS360 directly with other concrete admixtures prior to addition.
